Shah Din Dairies is based in Hasilpur, south-eastern Punjab, Pakistan. We are a modern dairy farm adhere to ethical farming practices, animal welfare, highest levels of milk handling standards and overall hygiene.
We are fortunate to be situated among the very fertile agricultural lands of Punjab (the land of five rivers). This opens the corridor of a wider selection of high-quality forages around the year. The consumption of quality feed by our dairy herd returns in delicious milk, which is high in fat and protein contents. We emphasise on Lucerne and Maize production throughout the year, both renowned for very high nutritional values for dairy animals.
At Shah Din Dairies we are committed to bringing you the purest and the finest dairy products. We have dedicated personnel to ensure our standards are achieved and maintained at all times.
The journey begins with our passion for careful selection, aftercare and welfare of our cattle.
We grow, select and quality control the finest forages and natural feed ingredients for all our cattle groups. Same principles apply when we outsource feed ingredients.
We do not compromise on hygienic practices and constantly evaluate risks of any cross-contamination in all of our practices.
Our qualified team members ensure our standards of quality are achieved at every level.
We are committed to adopt and maintain sustainable procedures in this journey to constantly keep reducing our carbon footprint. This is achieved by deploying huge solar power generation setup at our farm and responsible recycling. We currently have two 100m³ semi-automatic plants of biogas. Our construction plans include further two 100m³ Biogas digesters completed in very near future. We produce Biogas using manure before it release any harmful gases into the air. The slurry from Biogas is then processed, separating the solids and water. These solids are be sundried and used as organic fertilizer and the water contents are reused for agriculture.
We are constantly working to reduce our CO2 emissions. At present we have deployed a 108kW solar power generation setup. Our Aim is to fulfil 100% of our day time electricity needs from solar power and biogas run generators so no fuel is burned for electricity consumed at our farm.
